Q. What happens if I book a tour but we get rained out?
A. Although the Segway’s are waterproof, we understand if you are not. If we are unable to find another convenient date for you we will gladly offer a refund.
Q. What happens if I am unable to make my scheduled tour time?
A. We ask that all guests arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their tour, and anyone that has not arrived 5 minutes before the tour start time will have their space offered to any waiting guest. We will attempt to reschedule your tour to any convenient date, but if we are unable to accommodate you, we will return your deposit minus a 20% processing fee.
Q. How far do we go?
A. We travel anywhere from 2 to 4 miles depending on the tour and the daily conditions in Yorktown. Sometimes areas become unavailable to us because of other events planned in the area. Most weekdays allow for the greatest freedom from traffic and provide the longest trips. |
